For most interns, this is a completely different way of looking at exercise programming. Therefore, following this week, we want you to go back and review the program(s) you wrote last week. Perhaps write a program for the following week and consider the elements we have gone through this week. Specifically, for improvements in movement patterning, consider the SAID principle within your exercises and have you created any drills based on finding a movement solution in order for the athlete to "learn" a movement efficiency?
