Specific Focus: Training Strength
Strength is a fundamental athletic quality that is essential to sporting success in most sports. Whilst this is a pretty well accepted fact by both athletes, coaches, and health professionals, the methods that we use to develop an athlete's strength may be lacking at times. Whilst beginner athletes and general population will typically have a positive response to any type of training, as an athletes training age increases, so to do the requirements of their training. This module will aim to build on the basics and try give coaches an understanding as to what more specific athletic strength training programs look like.
